NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS TO BE HELD BY THE CITY OF MUNFORD BOARD OF MAYOR AND ALDERMEN Pursuant to Tennessee Code Annotated Sections 6-51-102 and 13-7-203 four (4) public hearings will be held on Monday, May 10, 2010 at 6:00 p.m. in the Munford City Courtroom, located at 69 College Street.

The hearings are to receive public input regarding the following:

(1) An ordinance to amend Article VI, Provisions Governing Residential Districts, of the Municipal Zoning Ordinance of Munford, Tennessee to include Section 67 PVD (Planned Village Development) District provisions;
