As many of you may remember, Members of Brit Hadasha, the Messianic Jewish Synagogue came to Faith last year to celebrate and share with us, a Passover Seder. It was not a full Seder, but very interesting and insightful just the same. It showed how God was telling of the coming of Jesus early in the HIStory of the world. Brit Hadasha offers the opportunity for people in the community to participate in a full Seder Celebration each year. This year the Passover Seder will be celebrated on Friday, April 6th, 2012 from 6:30-9:30 p.m.

Anyone interested in attending the Valentine Banquet on Saturday, Feb 11, 6:00 p.m., at Brighton Baptist Church FLC. The cost is $10 per person. $5 of the ticket goes to pay for your dinner and the other $5 goes to the Faith FLC. A head count is needed by Wednesday, Feb. 8, on who is attending the banquet so the appropriate amount of food can be ordered. You can contact Lavonda Edwards or the church office for tickets.

Faith is not the cake for special occasions but the bread for every day living.

I'm not pushing the movie, although it looks to be a great movie and there are plans at Faith for going to see it, but I hope you watch and hear Robert's message. I hope you see the moment he "got it" about how much God loves us.
